At Downtown Oakland Dental, we proudly work with all PPO insurance plans—including Cigna, Guardian, Aetna, Delta Dental, Principal, Ameritas, Premera, UMR, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MetLife, United Concordia, and more.
While we are not directly contracted with any carrier, our team will always file claims on your behalf and help you maximize your benefits—so you can focus on your health, not the paperwork.
By remaining independent from insurance contracts, we can focus on what’s best for you—not what’s dictated by insurance companies. This means more time with your doctor, the highest quality materials, and treatment options that truly fit your needs.
Many of our patients have Delta! As a non-participating provider, Delta reimburses patients directly. That means you’ll pay for your treatment upfront, and we’ll submit your claim—then Delta will send your reimbursement check straight to you. For larger treatments, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment options.
Even though we’re out of network, we’ll take care of the details for you. Our team files your claims directly and helps you get the most from your insurance, so you can relax and focus on your health.
